My 4mnt old is teehing, but they are coming thriough the front of her gum rather than the bottom.?

They appear to be her canine teeth, she dribbles loads. I am really just concened due to the front of the gum splitting, rather than the underneath?

Hard to answer without seeing it. I would take her to a dentist and have them look. Canine teeth are not the first teeth to erupt, so it may be something else.
