Is this abnormal?

Is it abnormal to have a bump behind and near the top on each your canine teeth? Its like an extension of the tooth, and its on each one.

Is this abnormal?
Yes that is normal.

1. The canine teeth have the longest roots in your mouth

2. since they are at the "corners" of your mouth they do stick out, more in some people.

3. I thought the two white spots was cancer, at one point in my young dental career.

the one thing that you said that nailed it was that is occurs on both sides. Abnormal stuff is almost never bilateral

Just don't sweat it, and bring it up next time you see your dentist.

Good Luck
